Examify is an educational and examination-preparation platform. Users must use the Service lawfully, responsibly, and in a manner that protects academic integrity, privacy, security, intellectual property, and other users.
This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") establishes the rules governing acceptable and prohibited use of Examify. Examify is owned and operated by On Media Services Enterprise ("On Media Services Enterprise", "Examify", "we", "us", or "our"). This Policy applies to all users of the Examify website, applications, learning platform, examination-preparation services, AI-powered tools, subscription services, content, APIs where applicable, and related products and services.
By accessing or using Examify, you agree to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy, the Examify Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund, Cancellation & Dispute Policy, and any other rules or policies that apply to specific Examify services. If you do not agree with these requirements, you must not use the affected Examify services.
Examify is an educational and examination-preparation platform designed to help users learn, practise, assess their knowledge, receive educational feedback, and prepare for examinations. Examify must be used for legitimate educational purposes and in a manner that respects examination rules, intellectual property rights, privacy, security, and the rights of other users.
You must use Examify only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. You must not use the platform to commit, facilitate, encourage, conceal, or assist unlawful activity, fraud, abuse, harassment, privacy violations, intellectual-property infringement, cybersecurity attacks, or other prohibited conduct.
Examify is intended to support learning and preparation rather than facilitate academic dishonesty. You must not use Examify to cheat in a live examination, assessment, test, interview, certification examination, admissions assessment, employment assessment, or other evaluation where the use of external assistance is prohibited.
You must not use Examify AI or any Examify feature to obtain unauthorised answers during a live examination or assessment where external assistance, AI tools, internet access, or other assistance is prohibited. Users are responsible for understanding and complying with the rules of the examination or institution they are participating in.
You must comply with the academic-integrity and disclosure requirements applicable to your institution, examination, employer, client, or other evaluating body. Where AI assistance must be disclosed, you must not falsely represent AI-generated or substantially AI-assisted work as entirely your own.
You must not use Examify to obtain, reconstruct, reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, or facilitate unauthorised access to confidential examination questions, restricted test materials, leaked examination content, examination answer keys, proprietary assessment materials, or other content that you are not legally authorised to possess or distribute.
You must respect the intellectual-property rights of Examify, On Media Services Enterprise, examination bodies, educational institutions, content creators, publishers, and other rights holders. You must not reproduce, redistribute, modify, publicly display, sell, license, commercially exploit, or create unauthorised derivative works from Examify content except where expressly permitted by law or by written permission.
Examify may contain question banks, explanations, study materials, mock examinations, analytics, educational resources, software, interface elements, graphics, trademarks, databases, AI prompts, generated materials, and other proprietary content. Access to Examify does not transfer ownership of this content to you. Your permitted use is limited by the Terms & Conditions and applicable intellectual-property law.
You must provide accurate information when creating an Examify account and must not impersonate another person or organisation. You must not create accounts using false identities, misleading information, disposable identities intended to evade restrictions, or another persons personal information without lawful authority.
Unless a particular Examify plan expressly permits shared or organisational access, an individual subscription is intended for the account holder. You must not sell, rent, lease, lend, transfer, resell, or share your login credentials or subscription access with another person.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account, subject to applicable law. You must promptly notify Examify if you suspect unauthorised access, credential compromise, or other security incidents involving your account.
You must not use Examify to conduct fraudulent transactions, use stolen payment credentials, circumvent payment requirements, manipulate subscription systems, exploit promotional offers through multiple fraudulent accounts, submit false refund claims, initiate abusive payment disputes, or otherwise interfere with Examifys payment systems.
Promotional codes, free trials, discounts, referral offers, scholarships, and other incentives must be used in accordance with their stated terms. You must not create multiple accounts or engage in other deceptive conduct for the purpose of obtaining promotional benefits to which you are not entitled.
You must not use bots, crawlers, scrapers, scripts, automated browsers, data-mining tools, or other automated systems to access, collect, copy, index, monitor, extract, reproduce, or redistribute Examify content or data without express written permission.
You must not bypass, disable, defeat, reverse engineer, or otherwise circumvent technical restrictions, access controls, subscription limits, usage limits, security mechanisms, rate limits, authentication controls, content protections, or other safeguards implemented by Examify.
You must not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decode, or attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, models, architecture, security mechanisms, or proprietary technology underlying Examify, except to the limited extent that such activity cannot lawfully be restricted under applicable law.
You must not conduct vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, exploitation attempts, denial-of-service testing, credential attacks, privilege-escalation attempts, or other security testing against Examify without prior written authorisation from On Media Services Enterprise. If you discover a security vulnerability, you should report it responsibly through the official Examify support or security channel.
You must not upload, transmit, distribute, execute, or use malware, ransomware, spyware, viruses, worms, malicious scripts, exploit code, destructive code, or other harmful software through or against Examify.
You must not attempt to access another users account, private information, restricted content, administrative systems, databases, internal tools, payment information, infrastructure, or other resources without proper authorisation.
You must not use Examify to collect, expose, publish, sell, distribute, monitor, or otherwise misuse another persons personal data without lawful authority. Users must respect applicable privacy and data-protection laws, including the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and applicable Nigeria Data Protection Commission requirements.
You must not use Examify or its features to facilitate a privacy breach, obtain personal information through deception, expose another persons private information, or use platform functionality to circumvent privacy protections. Examify may restrict activity that reasonably appears to facilitate unlawful processing or privacy abuse.
You must not use Examify to harass, threaten, intimidate, stalk, bully, abuse, or deliberately target another person. This prohibition applies to user profiles, community features where available, support communications, shared content, comments, messages, and other interactive areas of the platform.
You must not use Examify to promote, encourage, threaten, organise, or facilitate violence against individuals or groups, or to engage in unlawful hateful or threatening conduct. Examify may restrict content or activity that creates a credible safety, legal, or platform-integrity risk.
You must not use Examify to create, distribute, solicit, promote, or facilitate sexually exploitative content, child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation, trafficking, or other unlawful sexual activity. Any content involving the sexual exploitation of minors is strictly prohibited.
Users must not use Examify to exploit, groom, sexually target, manipulate, abuse, or endanger children or minors. Any use of Examify that creates a credible child-safety concern may result in immediate restriction or termination and may be reported to appropriate authorities where required or permitted by law.
You must not use Examify to facilitate the sale, purchase, distribution, trafficking, or promotion of illegal goods, controlled substances, stolen property, fraudulent documents, or unlawful services.
You must not use Examify to impersonate individuals or organisations, create deceptive schemes, obtain information through fraud, misrepresent qualifications, fabricate examination results, falsify certificates, or otherwise deceive users, institutions, examination bodies, employers, customers, or other parties.
You must not use Examify to forge, alter, fabricate, purchase, sell, or misrepresent examination results, certificates, academic records, score reports, credentials, or other educational qualifications. Examify must not be used to facilitate the submission of fraudulent academic or professional credentials.
You must not commercially resell Examify access, content, questions, answers, AI outputs, study materials, accounts, subscriptions, or platform data unless you have an appropriate commercial or organisational agreement with On Media Services Enterprise.
You must not use Examify primarily to collect proprietary information, reverse engineer its business model or technology, systematically copy its content, benchmark private systems without permission, or extract data for the purpose of building a competing database, service, product, or model.
You must not use Examify AI features to deliberately generate harmful content, evade safety controls, probe confidential system instructions, extract proprietary prompts, manipulate platform safeguards, or systematically use the service to develop unauthorised datasets or competing AI systems.
You must not intentionally attempt to manipulate Examify AI systems into disclosing confidential information, system instructions, hidden prompts, security information, internal configuration, protected data, or information belonging to another user.
You must not use Examify in a manner that places unreasonable load on the platform, interferes with normal operation, consumes disproportionate system resources, or materially degrades the experience or availability of the service for other users.
You must not interfere with another users access to Examify, intentionally disrupt another users session, manipulate shared features, submit malicious content, or otherwise impair another persons ability to use the platform.
You must not collect or harvest user information, email addresses, account identifiers, examination results, personal information, or other data from Examify without lawful authority and an appropriate legal basis.
Your use of Examify must not infringe or violate the rights of third parties, including intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, contractual rights, confidentiality obligations, publicity rights, or other legal rights.
You are responsible for content you submit to Examify, including examination answers, essays, prompts, audio, text, images, files, feedback, and other materials. You must have the necessary rights and permissions to submit such content and must not knowingly submit unlawful, infringing, malicious, or privacy-invasive material.
You should avoid including unnecessary passwords, payment credentials, government identification numbers, medical information, financial information, confidential business information, or other sensitive personal information in examination responses, AI prompts, support tickets, or other user-submitted content.
Examify does not control the rules of external examination bodies, schools, universities, employers, professional organisations, or certification authorities. You are responsible for understanding and complying with the rules applicable to any examination or assessment for which you use Examify.
You must not use Examify to bypass examination proctoring, identity verification, browser restrictions, monitoring systems, time restrictions, device restrictions, anti-cheating mechanisms, or other controls imposed by an examination provider.
You must not falsely represent that Examify, On Media Services Enterprise, or an Examify AI output is affiliated with, endorsed by, certified by, or officially authorised by an examination body, university, government authority, employer, certification provider, or other organisation unless that relationship has been expressly confirmed by the relevant organisation.
You must not use Examify, On Media Services Enterprise, or third-party trademarks, logos, names, branding, or other identifiers in a manner that falsely suggests sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, certification, or affiliation.
If you believe that another user is violating this Policy, abusing the platform, compromising security, infringing intellectual-property rights, engaging in fraud, or creating a serious safety or privacy risk, you should report the matter through the official Examify support or reporting channel.
On Media Services Enterprise may investigate suspected violations of this Policy and may take reasonable and proportionate action. Depending on the circumstances, actions may include warnings, removal of content, restriction of features, temporary suspension, account suspension, termination, cancellation of subscriptions, withholding of access, blocking of technical identifiers, or referral to appropriate authorities where required or permitted by law.
Examify may immediately restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, personal data, platform security, payment systems, intellectual property, examination integrity, or the availability and reliability of the Service. Where appropriate and legally permitted, Examify may provide notice or an opportunity to appeal.
Where required by law or legally valid process, Examify may cooperate with law-enforcement agencies, regulators, courts, examination bodies, or other competent authorities. Any disclosure of personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the Examify Privacy Policy.
If your account or content is restricted under this Policy and you believe the action was made in error, you may contact Examify through the official support channel and request a review. Examify may request information necessary to assess the matter. A review does not guarantee restoration of access.
If your account has been suspended or terminated, you must not create another account or use another persons account for the purpose of circumventing the restriction unless Examify expressly authorises you to do so.
On Media Services Enterprise may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to address changes in the Examify platform, technology, legal requirements, security threats, examination practices, or user behaviour. The latest version will be published on this page and will apply from its stated effective or last-updated date.
This Policy forms part of the rules governing Examify and should be read together with the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refund, Cancellation & Dispute Policy. If a specific provision of another Examify policy imposes a stricter requirement for a particular service, the stricter requirement may apply to that service.
Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit any rights or obligations that cannot legally be excluded. Examify will apply this Policy consistently with applicable laws and regulations, including applicable Nigerian laws relating to privacy, data protection, cybersecurity, intellectual property, consumer protection, fraud, and electronic transactions.

To report abuse, security concerns, academic-integrity issues, privacy concerns, intellectual-property infringement, fraudulent activity, or other violations of this Policy, please contact Examify through the official support or reporting channel published on the platform.
Examify is an educational platform. Responsible use is essential to protect learners, educators, examination bodies, content owners, and the integrity of the platform. Serious violations may result in immediate restriction or termination and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities or rights holders.
